What is ACCELERATE?
ACCELERATE is ContinuumCloud’s annual conference designed to bring together leaders in the behavioral health and human services industry. For those currently using one or more of our solutions, the conference provides valuable hands-on training opportunities to maximize the value you get from each platform. Additionally, everyone who attends will benefit from thought leadership sessions and networking events designed to facilitate and accelerate the sharing of ideas, innovation, and impact within the industry.

Is the event virtual or in-person?
This year, we’re excited to be hosting ACCELERATE in person in Tampa, FL! While our conference was hosted virtually the past few years due to Covid, we’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for a complete conference experience.
When and where is the conference?
We’ll be hosting the conference in Tampa, FL, at The Westin Tampa Waterside near downtown, from September 19-22, 2023. The schedule of events will look like this:
Tuesday (9/19) – Pre-Conference
Tuesday evening (9/19) – Welcome Reception
Wednesday (9/20) – Conference sessions
Wednesday evening (9/20) – Dinner Cruise on the Yacht Starship
Thursday (9/21) – Conference sessions
Friday (9/22) – 1-1 meetings with ContinuumCloud
Where should I stay during the conference?
All conference events will be held at The Westin Tampa Waterside. We’ve reserved a room block for conference attendees at this hotel for your convenience.
How can I convince my boss to let me attend?

Will there be a boat?
Yup! For those of you who joined us in person for a DATIS summit prior to the formation of ContinuumCloud, you’ll be happy to know that we’ll be bringing back the Yacht StarShip dinner cruise as our special networking event during ACCELERATE 2023. All aboard!
What is the Dinner Cruise Networking Event?
We are excited to share that our Wednesday evening networking event will be a dinner cruise aboard the Yacht StarShip. This event is included in your conference registration and will be held from 6:30-9pm that Wednesday evening. We’ll head over to the boarding area as a group from the conference hotel so no one gets left behind! Stay tuned for more details!
Can my significant other/travel companion join us for the dinner cruise?
Yes! If you’re traveling with someone who is not registered for the conference, they are welcome to attend the dinner cruise as well. They will need to purchase a separate ticket to attend just the networking event, which you can do on the tickets page under ‘Additional Upgrades.’
